By using darmun (SBM24) services, you confirm that you accept the following terms and rules. Please read them carefully before using any service.

Terms of use means the rules, conditions, restrictions, and requirements that apply to users. If a user does not agree with them, they must stop using the site.

Electronic communication includes email, SMS, and any communication established through desktop or mobile devices.

Protected areas are parts of the platform that can be accessed only with a username and password.

Site users include physicians, medical and health service providers, patients, service recipients, health product buyers, content providers, researchers, students, and other users of health-related knowledge. These users are grouped as physicians, medical service providers, patients, content providers, and content users.

All site pages and downloadable materials are owned by darmun (SBM24), its suppliers, or its licensors. The site is protected under the applicable copyright laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

When you create an account or use darmun (SBM24), you consent to receiving electronic communications from us.

If you create an account, you agree to complete registration with accurate and current information. You are responsible for every action performed through your account.

You may access protected areas only with the username and password issued to you by the platform. You must keep your login details confidential and must not share them with any third party.

Attempting to breach site security is prohibited. This includes accessing data or servers without permission, probing or testing vulnerabilities without authorization, using the site or its content without permission, or violating these terms or applicable law.

Users under 18 may use the services only with a parent or legal guardian.

You must not use scrapers, crawlers, bots, deep links, or other automated tools to access, copy, bypass, or extract site data without authorization. Security violations may be investigated and referred to legal authorities.

darmun (SBM24) provides an online platform for clinical and consultation services. Medical services are delivered by independent physicians who hold valid medical credentials and provide remote consultation through the platform.

If you do not agree with these restrictions and terms, you must leave the site. Please also read the privacy policy to understand how personal, medical, visit, image, text, transaction, and financial information is protected.

Physician specialties and credentials may be reviewed based on submitted educational documents and professional licenses. Skills and capabilities are declared by the physicians themselves, and the platform is not responsible for the accuracy of every declared skill.

Although the platform may help connect you to an online physician quickly, emergency conditions require contacting the local emergency service immediately. In Iran this number is 115. Responsibility for not contacting emergency services in a critical condition remains with the patient.

The platform is not owned by any specific physician or medical group. It is intended to make communication between patients and physicians easier and reduce wasted time for users and clinicians.

You receive care from physicians and health providers who are approved or identifiable through the relevant professional medical authorities. You are personally responsible for choosing the provider you trust, similar to an in-person visit.

The platform does not guarantee the training, skill, diagnosis, prescription, referral, documents, tests, medication, products, procedures, or treatment methods provided by independent physicians or other health service providers.

Online communication through the service is not intended to replace your relationship with your regular in-person physician unless the responsible physician determines that remote care is appropriate.

After you accept these terms, darmun (SBM24), its content providers, and technical partners grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site personally and non-commercially.

This license does not permit resale, commercial use, bulk collection, copying account information for third parties, data extraction, scraping, framing, deep linking, or hiding platform trademarks, logos, pages, forms, text, or ownership notices without written permission.

All rights not expressly granted remain with the platform, licensors, suppliers, publishers, and right holders. If you violate these terms, the license granted to you will be revoked.

darmun (SBM24) tries to keep site information accurate and reliable, but it cannot guarantee that all site content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every use. Users should not treat general site content as a substitute for professional medical advice.

The site may include links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. darmun (SBM24) is not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, security, or services of external websites.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. By providing information, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate the rights of others. User information is handled according to the privacy policy and applicable law.

If you believe content on the site violates copyright or another legal right, you may contact support with sufficient details so the claim can be reviewed and handled through the appropriate process.

The site and services are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, darmun (SBM24) does not provide implied warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific medical outcomes, or complete accuracy of all third-party content and services.

To the extent permitted by law, darmun (SBM24) is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the site, reliance on content, technical disruption, provider actions, or inability to access the services.

Any dispute related to these terms, the site, or the services will first be pursued through support and good-faith negotiation. If it is not resolved, it will be handled according to applicable laws and competent authorities.

darmun (SBM24) is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including network outages, public emergencies, natural disasters, legal restrictions, cyber incidents, strikes, or disruptions by third-party providers.

You agree to compensate and protect the platform, its operators, employees, partners, and service providers against claims, damages, costs, and expenses caused by your misuse of the services, violation of these terms, unlawful conduct, or violation of third-party rights.

darmun (SBM24) may update these terms at any time. Updated terms may be published on this page and become effective after publication. You should review this page periodically. The platform may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Before starting a visit, please note the following:

Each patient should preferably use an account registered in their own name. Patients should register with their own mobile number so secure phone communication can be established when needed. If registration is completed with email only and no local mobile number is provided, phone communication may not be available and only audio/video panel communication may be possible. Patients should complete their medical history and send relevant reasons for visit, documents, and medical records in the chat to help the physician and avoid wasted time. Insults, discrimination, sectarian content, political arguments, and disrespect toward users, physicians, consultants, ethnic groups, or religious groups are prohibited. For better connection quality, turn off VPN or proxy tools before entering the site.

Choose the visit day and time carefully. After selection and payment, changing the appointment is not available. Cancelling a previous appointment by the patient is possible only if the physician is absent for more than one hour after the scheduled time, and only for regular visits and lab interpretation visits. Offline visits have a 24 to 48 hour response window and may be cancelled after that period only with coordination by the physician and support.

If the physician or consultant cancels a consultation before or after the start time, the full amount will be returned to the user.

After registration, patients and physicians receive a wallet that is used for transactions.

Settlements are returned to the account owner within 48 working hours.

Note: holidays are added to the 48 working hour period.

A withdrawal request can be submitted only once per day.

If there is a system disruption, physician absence, or a refund initiated by the physician, the amount is first added to the patient's platform credit. A credit increase SMS is then sent to the patient. The patient may use the credit later or request withdrawal to their bank account through the site's online chat. Refunds are processed during official business days and hours.

darmun (SBM24) categorizes visits to make consultation scheduling and response management easier for physicians and patients.

Physicians may define regular visits with different fees and capacities and provide online visits according to their schedule.

Regular visits may be text-based, secure phone calls, or video calls at the physician's discretion. Response time is usually between 1 and 3 hours.

When a physician wants to be available outside their scheduled appointments, they can create an immediate patient-acceptance schedule with a different or identical fee and capacity and appear in the urgent doctors list.

Urgent visits may be text-based, secure phone calls, or video calls. The maximum response time is 15 minutes after the visit is purchased.

Offline visits are useful for physicians with limited free time who still want to help patients remotely. In this model, the visit is performed asynchronously and physicians must respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Outpatient questions allow physicians to answer short questions, review lab interpretations, and respond to general patient concerns.

This visit type is for short questions and lab interpretation. Video and voice calls are disabled for this model. The maximum fee is 100,000 rials. Response time is between 1 and 3 hours.

For in-person visits, your secretary can manage in-office and remote appointments through a simple panel. You may define the secretary's mobile number in your user information. The secretary can then enter the appointment panel and manage patients who booked through the platform, without access to your medical panel or other private information.

Users may request account deletion at any time by coordinating with the support team.

Dear patients, we are responsible only for appointments booked through the darmun (SBM24) platform. If there is a mismatch when visiting a clinic for appointments outside the online booking process, we do not accept responsibility for the in-person appointment. If a patient visits the clinic, the physician's visit fee will be refunded only after physician confirmation, and the telemedicine service fee of 438,000 rials will be deducted from the paid amount.
